North of Tyne
Up to 50% back.
Covers Northumberland, Newcastle and North Tyneside. Projects from £3,000 to £8,000, with up to half the cost reclaimed. Web design and development is an eligible project type.
Sunderland
Up to 40% back.
Covers Sunderland. Projects from £3,000 to £6,000, same retrospective mechanics. The exact rate and caps depend on the live scheme, so we check before any work starts.

How the money works
You pay first, then claim it back.
The grant is retrospective. You pay for the project, then the funder reimburses your share once it's finished. So you cashflow the build, then get your percentage back. Nothing starts until the funder approves it and your grant contract is signed, so it runs as a short pipeline, not a same-week turnaround.
